Question:
does hypnosis work for excessive worry and extreme low self esteme i am suffering greatly can you help me I own my own business in menopause and trying to over come addiction suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety please help me lori asap thanks Barb White Glove Professional Cleaning
My Response:
Barb,
Wow...your right. Why suffer any longer! Having your own buisness makes it even harder to handle those symptoms and function around people. First my suggestion is always start with handling the physical symptoms. Physical symptoms are always going to make emotional challenges/feelings way bigger and harder to deal with. Second, after giving your body what it needs to balance the physical symptoms then your ready to take a look at the emotional/mental. Dealing with the emotional feelings are sooo much easier after your not experiencing the menapause symptoms and excessive worry so much! I would not suggest hypnosis. Hypnosis will not address the physical symptoms. Nutrition testing would be the way to go for you. It would tell us EXACTLY what your body needs to feel better and why its not feeling good to put it simply. This is a process that takes and hour and a half and you get your results and a program to get started. Good Luck....Lorie
